Shipping Policy

Hong Shing ships its apparel all over the world. Please allow us up to 4 business days to process your order. When the order is processed, shipping usually takes 2 – 7 business days to reach the destination. International shipping can be subject to longer shipping duration. We provide a tracking number to all orders after one (1) business day of your order being shipped.

Exchange Policy

Hong Shing does not provide refunds, but exchanges can be made for the exact amount or less. Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All merchandise must have all their original tags attached and must be in its original packaging. 

We do not offer credits on items exchanged of lesser value. All returns and exchanges, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

Incorrect / Defective Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@hongshing.com immediately for instructions on how to return your item to us.  If you fail to contact us prior to shipping the item back, we will assume no responsibility for any of the return shipping charges.
